Acceptance
By using frenchgambling.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over. Fantasy sports rules vary between countries and regions; you are responsible for making sure your use of the site and participation in any contest is lawful where you are.
Contests and scoring
Each contest is governed by the rules shown on its contest card together with the published points system. Scores are calculated from official match data, which may be corrected after a match ends. Our confirmed results are final once those corrections are processed.
Fair play
You may hold one account only. Using automated tools, sharing accounts, colluding with other players or exploiting errors in the site is not permitted, and may lead to removal from contests or closure of the account.
Content
All text, design and graphics on the site belong to FrenchGambling or are used with permission. Player, club and competition names are used only to identify real-world sporting events and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
Responsible play
Fantasy football is a form of entertainment. Please set personal limits, take breaks and stop playing if it no longer feels enjoyable. We may limit or suspend an account if we have reason to believe play is causing harm.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
